Fuck it, I’ve been thinking this too. Fuck society and people who gives a shit what they think. I have been thinking on doing this for a day. I am going to start tomorrow to just go out into the woods and meditate and connect with myself in the woods sitting and swimming in the water streams enjoying in what God designed me for and what he wanted me to do with his creation.

There are a lot of Amish where I live, I wouldn’t mind joining them and becoming one of them. Though, I would much rather live out the rest of my days when I get the chance to to be a free man living out his dreams in Yemen or Tunisia where the waters and sands calls me.

Sure, but if you go to Yemen then you're eventually going to perish rather from a lack of food or a lack of blood. It's already hard to grow stuff there, and I'd imagine it's a lot harder when mortars are raining down on you because Mustafa the Saudi-hired Sudanese mercenary heard a rumor that there's a pack of Houthis in your village. Tunisia's climate doesn't sound nearly as bad, albeit.

Tunis is for paradise and rest; Yemen is for me to be a totally free man. Let you give me my reasoning, In Yemen you can literally own firearms, don’t have to pay taxes, no tyranny or government overreach, If I wanted to live my final days totally free I’d live them in a Yemen. Especially since the west may just collapse in on itself or become more tyrannical and degenerate and altogether unlivable

Honestly, I have considered going as far as to get rid of *all* instant-messaging, and exclusively messaging people through forums + email. Doing this is out of the norm, but it allows me to respond much more slowly, rather than being forced to respond in real-time. The only case where instant-messaging is useful is in games, where I often will have voice-chat anyways. If I do not want to reveal my voice, I can often still use built-in text-chat for said-games.

These instant messaging platforms are designed to keep you in a constant state of reaction instead of actual thinking. Half the reason people are so anxious and neurotic now is because they’re expected to be available 24/7. The only real use for instant messaging is coordination, and even then, if something is actually important, people can wait a few hours for a reply.
Even for people who are terminally online like myself, forums are significantly better than instant-messaging because, as you said, you aren't going to be very anxious from it. You post a few times, you go do something else for a few hours, you come back, you respond, so on so forth. Even on forums like this one with notifications, you'll still usually only respond shortly after one responds to your post if you end up seeing the notification while replying to anything else. And this is something basically non-existent on more obscure board software, such as imageboards or Acmlmboards, so depending on what you use, you may have to manually check each thread. I would argue that for a group of friends larger than 4, forums are also significantly better. Just make a new thread for every topic, sub-forums if it becomes necessary.
