Not really, especially keeping in mind their persecution of Christians, but I'd argue they're honestly a little bit better than their southern counterpart, yet, even then, that's hard to know much of with how secretive they are, and how much the West negatively propagandizes news about them. On the global scale of things, I'd say they're at least fighting on the right side.
