casual's fine for me especially now that they dealt with the bot plague and people aren't forced to play in NOFUNcletopia now, you can mostly get away with chuddying out too
there are also a few good community servers but they're dead 90% of the time outside of organized sessions and ordinary community servers are just the ordinary faggotry you expect

I met the admin of kogasatopia (might have been /bant/ tf2) on casual once like 2 years ago and he invited me there. It was an alright server I think it's dead now. He called me a faggot because I told him nazi hats are against the steam TOS.
