There are no pure Yamnaya left. But their genetic legacy is everywhere in modern Europeans, (Scandinavians, Balts, Slavs) often making up 30–50% of their ancestry.

"Indo-European" is the linguistic label. Yamnaya is the archaeological one. Indo-European sounds like some soy academic term so I stick with Yamnaya.

More the former. There were sharp population replacements in places like Britain and Central Europe. We’re talking up to 90% turnover in some regions.
