Conspiracy Went to gym

no one cares and no one is looking at you
Well during (((quarantine))) I had huge hair and was fatter. Some roid voiced niggas were talking loud as fuck and laughing. I didn't really care I was at a treadmill. Kinda is embarassing to say but I moved the hair out of my eyes by shaking my neck and I heard the roid induced laughter echo through the gym.

Outside of that from 5 years ago, nothing ever happened.
 
I prefer tuning in to my agarthian spirit and working out in the woods.

no, its still trash but I eat less calories

today I had chips, chocolate and pizza which added up to 1500 calories, so i will lose weight and i have been.

i dont eat three meals a day and i burn calories in gym

some days i eat healthier and some days i eat bad, but if i generally eat less than 2000 calories a day and do a bit of cardio, i lose weight

I considered starting the Trump diet at one point. You eat very little throughout the day, until dinner where you can splurge on anything you want.
 
My weight is now the lowest its been in years.

I am still overweight but its going down over the past few months (92kg to now 83.8kg (5'7))
Hah well done. I used to be 83 after they injected me with a boat load of antipsychotics for not taking the meds. Didn't last because of the ones I replaced it with and still take. At around your initial weight right now and your height. But I got some muscle. I do interminent fasting (only eat dinner and lunch for meals and they're 7 hours apart) every day and walk at least 10 kilometers a week. Could walk more. Really the thing that messes me up is that I don't count calories (I don't eat anything caloric on week days though) and my parents like to go out with me during weekends. I don't eat a lot but what I eat on weekends is caloric. Still, I like to blame it all on meds and it's still fair. Knew a morbidly obese nigga who took the same thing. Makes me glad my parents never bought me "snacks".

Do you or have you ever lifted weights? Walking isn’t stimulating enough for me and I want to convert my extra fat into muscle.

I think I said earlier in the thread that I used to go to a commercial gym. I quit. I still have a home gym since I live in an apartment but I never use it. I'm kind of an npc since I'm used to people making the routine for you lol.

Try running. I don't run since my dad has chron's. I walk with him every time. Walking while holding weights or vests might be a good trade off too.
