Music/Television Growing up with Doctor Who

Terror of The Micro-Plastics - Was decent enough. The Master is as entertaining to watch as The Doctor is, but that new companion? Insufferable and annoying. I can’t stand characters that get in the way of the protagonist due to sheer stupidity. Also, I don’t understand why The Master tried so hard to bring in the aliens only to change his mind two seconds later.

I did find it funny how the only black guy in the show so far was a caveman who worked for a circus man.
I would dodge colony in space when you get to it.

Its not bad or anything but there is much better to watch before

These are the ones I plan on watching:

The Mind of Evil

The Curse of Peladon

The Sea Devils

The Three Doctors

Carnivale of Monsters

The Green Death

The Time Warrior

Invasion of the Dinosaurs

Planet of the Spiders

I'd watch Day of the Daleks, The claws of Axos and the Daemons too

All right.
the curse of peladon

Who is Alpha Centauri? Doctor Who brings back classic green big-eyed alien from The Curse of Peladon and The Monster of Peladon for new series | Radio Times

It’s over a hundred episodes though. I like the show, but it’s rare I can sit through that many hours with a protagonist before getting bored.
Thank God he regenerates then

You should check out the very first episode on an unearthly child.

The other 3 episodes aren't that good and is just cavemen nonsense, but the first part is good

That’s the very first episode ever? Apparently it’s been scrubbed or at least will be once the license or whatever expires.

why The Master tried so hard to bring in the aliens only to change his mind two seconds later.
His motivations have always been a bit of a mess, but that's part of his charm.
I am watching the one Christopher Eccleston season (the only modern shit I can tolerate), then jumping back to the Pertwee's, then The Tom Baker's, the the Troughton's.

Might give the show a break at some point
Have you watched every episode?

He always has these grand plans but never thinks them through and usually as to bail at the end or fucks things up

I have before but I am watching them again

Its campy and stupid and I don't like a lot of aspects of them but its watchable, I wont be watching the tenant stuff tho
