Well, we do know they don’t want anyone in Antarctica for whatever reason. If the Nazis made secret technology down there then the world government obviously wouldn’t want the average person to know about it.

Well, there’s a theory that the Nazis were searching for advanced knowledge or resources, like uranium, which might have been useful for their weapons programs, or even ancient ruins with esoteric technology (it's a stretch, but it's fun to think about). The food thing issue is where things get murky, but the idea that they could have established secret bases or even made deals with certain factions seems to check out when you look at the strange disappearances and untold stories from that period.
Underground bases, maybe even using existing caverns or other natural structures to shelter themselves. I don't see why they couldn’t have developed something to survive considering how advanced their technology was.
