Anyone else have their notifications disappear when they log in? You have to refresh the page then the alerts pop up again. Kind of annoying.

yes. the number doesn't pop up....
AND
on the black theme the new alerts are very similar to old alerts.

The good news is the developers at Xenforo are aware of this bug. What I should've done was hold off upgrading the software until they ironed out all the niggles. Well, that's what I get for desperately wanting to save on server costs.
