2nd one is debatable

I don't know who the first one is. The 2nd is Schopenhauer right? He wasn't exactly a soyboy but he had the faggy "everything sucks and life is terrible" viewpoint that is common on shitholes like Reddit.
First one is voltaire, the hre wasnt holy roman or an empire dude, and on schopenhaur he isnt exactly a soyboy; but his viewpoint on life is obnoxious like you said. Anyways he was right on women

elaborate
Rome already existed while HRE was pretending to be them, that being the Eastern Roman Empire. They were the true Romans, pretty much everyone acknowledged them as such (including muslims) except for westerners. In truth HRE cannot be Roman simply because it was a barbarian germanic empire and it didn't even have the right religion anyway.

It was not holy because it was catholic which is heretical. Romans passed on the torch to Kievan Rus through converting them to Orthodoxy. Rome fell in 1453 and the closest thing to a third rome after that is the Russian Tsardom.

One could also argue that even the Ottoman Empire was closer to being "Roman" than HRE ever was. After all, Patriarch of Constantinople acknowledged the Sultan as Kayser-i Rum (Caesar of the Romans).
