Nah probably not. Don't let keeping winged critters in cages or anything.. this is the 2nd owl I've raised. This one is a bit younger tho, struggling to feed it, keeps spitting out chicken so I've been running around the yard trying to catch insects and shit. Cut up a giant millipede today gonna try that.
Do baby owls normally fall out of their nest or what?
Happens once in a while, just like parrots, or they get left by mom a little early, or one is a runt and cant fly as well. Just help them for a few days / week and get them on their way.
