Good. I agree. Earthbound is probably one of my favorite games. I still play it every few years on an emulator.

I think you could get away with selling your game on steam if you're creative. Using Chud'i'fied words to negate censorship and stuff...

People always do their passion projects which I love, but I always support trying to generate revenue as well. If you can make money off your passion projects it sure beats wage cucking. That's why I said fuck it a couple years ago and just shill my creative projects. I don't wanna wage cuck... lol.

Truth. Though I think if I wanted to make money I’d create a game that’s more universal than soyjaks which is a very niche market.

Not about making money, but if you sold it for .99 cents or something and 2,000 soyjakkers bought it, still 2k to continue your creative projects. Don't have to cater to normies.

Your average soyjakkers these days are basically just obnoxious weird normie kids rejected by the mainstream platforms, who consider the soyjak as nothing more than some subculture meme fad. The fact that the schlog has far, far more blog posts than creative works should have shown you that.

I've said it a lot of times, and I'll say it again: he should've focused on offensive shit more like troons or Israeli soldiers instead of ias meta humor, tbh.
btw, I wonder why he didn't update this on the schlog; schlog has fully turned into a lame shithole, basically neets.net with an even lower average user age, but it won't hurt to post there as somebody might still be interested in it... for now.

It’s not meta humor. The game is played totally straight like the first one. And I will update on the schlog I just can only login on desktop.

Take a vacation. If not, I’m almost done with the first world’s art assets. I might need to scale back the number of levels and make the existing ones bigger so I’m not spending so much time on tile making.

You should give black outline for every sprite
Or just rip sprites from your favorite snes games, legitimately no one cares. Fan game creators have been doing this since the flash days

I’d be happy to use free tilesets but none of them have everything that I’m looking for. As Rapeson is corrupting the planet, I want the environments to reflect that.
