I know that, but I'd suspect something would be off-putting about VPNs unless Roblox doesn't care at *all*, even on home IP for many sites now, im forced to use an email or phone number for verification.

Roblox spraying sounds Aryan, but we could also consider Bluesky or Twitter trolls, depending on how many accounts we can make.

I have a Roblox account that I don’t care about losing. Twitter is trickier because you have to use your real IP and I’m not handing it over to Jewlon Musket.

The only way to avoid IP tracking on Twitter, assuming stuff like Mullvad isn't already banned, is to obtain multiple VPSes specifically for the purpose of hiding your IP. May actually be viable if you can get tons of IPv6-only servers for cheap via Monero, and over Tor, otherwise it's gonna be a huge issue. And that's not considering you may need a phone number for (((verification))).
