First of all, I'm a Lutheran, not a Catholic (though the difference between the two is tiny, hence Luther saying he'd rather commune with the papists than with the Reformed or the Anabaptists).
Secondly, nailing your university theses to your local church door was common practice at the time. When Luther did that with his 95 theses, he was just following protocol, not making some kind of symbolic statement.
And lastly, if he'd ever encountered you, he would have had you beaten over the head for your usage of non-canonical books and premillennial retardation.

The 95 theses were a call for reform. Not revolution, not secession, reform. Luther wanted to REFORM the Carholic Church until he was kicked out, hence why it was called the REFORMATION. Not enough people realize this and it's a problem. That aside, the act of nailing them to the church door wasn't a special symbolic gesture, which is what i was trying to get across in the first place.
I was talking about the Book of Enoch, which you consider canonical, while Luther did not. And he also thought that Revelations was extremely dubious, though he did not remove it from the Bible. He didn't take too kindly to that sort of esoteric prophecy, which is why his theology is non-speculative and amillennial, as you mentioned.
This begs the question of why you joined this church in the first place, given that your beliefs on everything, from tradition to eschatology, put you at odds with its theology.

Yes, but the rest of your theology is completely different and as such most Lutheran churches want nothing to do with you, therefore it has nothing to do with the Reformation. Luther was just a Catholic who didn't like papal corruption, and to this day his churches are 95+% identical to the Catholic one, so stop acting like we have anything in common.

No, while some of the Seventh-day Adventist Church's theology is wrong, it still aligns with the foundational truths of Protestantism. The Lutheran Church is far more heretical than the Seventh-day Adventist Church will ever be.
