If random third-world-shitholes aren't an option, America would arguably be the best place for a website like this due to the first amendment, along with it being easier to just not collect information without many questions.

GPG encrypt DMs before you send them, although IP addresses can still be a problem. Emails too, but most if not all of us would signup over burner emails anyways, or at least one not tied to our real-name (such as in my case, using my dc@tfwno.gf email), so unless we really want to go schizo, we should be fine there.

To be fair, it's easier for me to scream nigger without any concerns in America. Someone higher profile is safer in that regard, but 1A still has plenty of loopholes, and if it doesn't, they'll just bypass it anyways for something like Jeffery Epstein files or MLK files. It's 0.000000005% less ZOGged than somewhere like Canada, at least in this regard. Better to go for a third world country, but if first world were required, America is your best bet in many cases.

Both, probably.

America is slightly better than the other first world countries if you know what you're doing, although Switzerland is the safest bet for most people if they need somewhere with good privacy laws. Always pick third world when possible, though.
