This seems like a constant in America. Tons of people telling me they reclaimed malls and use them for their marauder needs. In Brazil I barely really see young niggers there, I just see lower class people. Then again, I go to malls at the time they're sleeping. I saw someone say they bar the absolute scum of the Earth from entering, but I'm not sure that's a thing. We have a term for young teenage niggers going around pillaging and that was the term they used on the barring thing.
