Have you tried looking? Everyone who didn't grow up with gen 5 hates it. You'll notice most of the praise online comes from people who were kids back when the games first came out.
I haven’t looked beyond Reddit and Youtube and all I see is praise for it. Anyone that happens to criticize the designs gets rebuked with @Swede Immigrant’s excuse.
