Decided to try out incandescent lightbulbs to see if they’re different from LEDs

It was a pain in the ass to find some because Joe Bidet banned them from being sold in stores to go “green.”

Anyway, I installed some in my room and noticed they are way less bright than my LED bulbs. The best way I can describe it is to imagine the brightness of the sun in midday vs sunset. At first it took some time getting used to, and I don’t know if it’s placebo but I’ve noticed I have less headaches ever since switching them out. The more subdued light doesn’t keep me wide awake like the extreme brightness emitted by LEDs.

I’m planning to replace a few more and continue monitoring any changes in my mood and sleep.

I prefer incandescent lighting, they still make "appliance bulbs" but they're pretty dim and aren't rated for many hours. I think they also banned CFLs, which aren't that better than LEDs. Some people say that LEDs are illuminati spytech or other schizobabble, but realistically they just cause eye strain.

Trump could just reverse the ban again, but I'm pretty sure all manufacturers have gotten rid of their incandescent manufacturing equipment already.

LED bulbs are nice but they are too bright
Even a small LED bulb can light up an entire living room

that's why you gotta tiremax, stay up longer than you should until you're barely keeping awake and you'll fall asleep instantly regardless of what lights you were looking at
The main issue is that overstimulation is bad for your health in the long-term. Which is the whole reason the government wants us sick and tired all the time. It makes us easier to control.
