I used the sharty before it was cool
I find the most weirdest Place on this Earth both Geographically and Culturally aswell as ethnically to be, well, Spain. For the start the Penninsula was inhabited by Celts, and Visigoths than Moors, Arabs, and Jews. In ancient times it was mulatto Roman. And in even way more far-back it in pre-historic times it was populated by Neanderthals and Homo-Erectus. The Iberian-Penninsula on which Spain lies on is also weird asf. It’s located perfectly between North-Africa and Western Europe that’s it’s practically just a land-bridge between the two worlds. Historically, Spain was always a bridge between both worlds where Pagans, Christians, And Europeans would live along with Muslims, Arabs, Moors, And Jews with no barrier at all. Well, Practically because Spain was the barrier between the two worlds. Where they could both interact and mingle between eachother in. Anyways, Back to Spain’s modern culture. For some reason, Spain is very weird to me. Though it is in the west, It does not feel western in any way what so ever to me. It feels north-African. Though, When you get in the north it gets mystical and wooded all out of no where in sharp contrasts to deserts and beaches. On the people, Well, they don’t feel white or European to me. Their like poor weird Celto-Arab mutts. A lot of the Southerm-Spanish look like Arabs to me. And, On sharp contrast the Northern-Spanish can look like Germans or Anglos lol. And the modern-day culture is still very weird look at picrel that’s practically what Spain is today. So, Why is it that Spain is so weird? Well. I’d say mixing, geographic location, historical events, and the period of Al-Andulus, the Islamization, and MQQRING of the Spaniards had a big play. But even then, Modern Spain and Spaniards are just so weird lol.
