Not really. As I said earlier, you can't really use the term "Jews" to accurately describe this concept of supersessionism. Jews are the people who killed Christ, they're the descendants of Pharisaic thought (y'know, the Pharisees; if you've ever seen the film "The Passion of the Christ," they're the big-nosed guys with beards and hoods). "Israel" being the church is correct, in that the church is now chosen for the blessings of God.
As for "seeing non-Christians as lesser," objectively speaking, is this not what every religion already does in viewing non-believers? The lives of these people are not worth less, nor do we see them as people to actively disrespect (as the Jews would see goyim, if that's what you're getting at), but they are lacking of God's blessings--including that of salvation--by not believing in Him as Christ, so, blatantly, they are spiritually inferior for however long that they remain disbelievers. However, it just isn't a case of "they are inferior, equal to animals," if that's what you're thinking.
