Well, if we did want to use the term "goyim" in this context, then non-believers, including Jews (as in, "shalom, how about some matzah" Jews), are the "goyim." Simply put, it's a spiritual difference of belief. If they are Christian, they are "Israelitic." I do not know an equally-contrasting term to refer to the "goyim" or "gentiles" when speaking in this context, but, basically, all non-Christians would be thought of as "goyim" if that helps you understand it (albeit they aren't actually called that).
So, Christians are practically Jews who are Israel and view everyone to be Lester to them?

Not really. As I said earlier, you can't really use the term "Jews" to accurately describe this concept of supersessionism. Jews are the people who killed Christ, they're the descendants of Pharisaic thought (y'know, the Pharisees; if you've ever seen the film "The Passion of the Christ," they're the big-nosed guys with beards and hoods). "Israel" being the church is correct, in that the church is now chosen for the blessings of God.
As for "seeing non-Christians as lesser," objectively speaking, is this not what every religion already does in viewing non-believers? The lives of these people are not worth less, nor do we see them as people to actively disrespect (as the Jews would see goyim, if that's what you're getting at), but they are lacking of God's blessings--including that of salvation--by not believing in Him as Christ, so, blatantly, they are spiritually inferior for however long that they remain disbelievers. However, it just isn't a case of "they are inferior, equal to animals," if that's what you're thinking.

But your still israel and view yourself higher to the goyim, or is the belief system different?

I feel like I just answered either of these questions.

Funding Christian movements is not an indicator of being a Christian personally. Christians became allies for the time being
they did more for christianity than modern society has, even if hitler wasn't as fond as christianity as you say he still protected aryan civilization and de facto christianity, even then i wouldn't say he wanted to completely erase it but moreso assimilate it into something more teutonic
mussolini was just undeniably christian
stripping italy from christianity would just be stripping it from a good 85-95% of itself

All that those links are showing me is that the Germans politicized their country's churches with National Socialist ideology in order to further their political goals, even modifying scripture at some points in order to do this. How pious.
