764 is a pedophilic satanist grooming ring (mainly operating on Discord and Telegram as far as I know) that attempts to stir up evil in the world by grooming and extorting children into harming and killing themselves and others. If you'd like a better source than my brief words, there is an informative KiwiFarms thread that has persistently documented a number of their doings (and, as one might expect, the thread is quite graphic, so be warned of that), so that may give you some additional context.
If you're wondering about the name itself, if I'm remembering correctly, it actually originates from the area code (I'm pretty sure, but otherwise, it was some other minute personal detail) of the ring's original "founder", an overweight satanist teenager named Bradley Cadenhead (more like Fatty Ate-A-Shed, fucking lard-ass).
In relation to "our sphere" (the Soysphere, even if this site isn't directly connected to it), some Discord groups operating under the 764 name have infiltrated the 'party in the past to find targets or spam CSAM, with the most prevalent example being the "Mao" incident from one-and-a-half years ago, where a janny on the 'party (named Thrembolover67, infographics on the incident can be found here, one and two) and his Discord pals groomed a young Oriental lady into doxxing herself, slaying her dog, sexually abusing herself with fire, and cutting the usernames of her groomers into her flesh, among other wretched acts.
These people deserve death.

Now that you mention it I do remember some such scandal taking place on the farty. How are those discords even up? Shouldn't there be some sort of moderation on that fucking app? At least the police are doing something, let's just hope he doesn't get 2 years or some other symbolic sentence

Damn shame. Seems like 764's finally kicking the bucket. That psyop was quite useful. We got a lot of impressionable young teenagers groomed, some into mass shooters so I could blame lack of diversity on it and pump more immigrants in.

This isn't a very accurate statement. A very prevalent spiritual split exists within those allegiant to Atomwaffen's ideology, with this divide being between Christian Identitarians and satanists. Not only does "764" specifically fall under the satanist sphere of SIEGE-inspired accelerationist thought, but it also did not "splinter" out of Atomwaffen, and I do not know how it would have with how decentralized Atomwaffen has been since its disbandment as an organized group five years ago, when it was under Mason's lead.
If anything, it'd be far better to say that groups like 764 have emerged from out of the online culture of the contemporary O9A (not to be confused with the centralized, British satanist ONA from thirty years ago), rather than Atomwaffen. And, even with all of that said, SiegeChud isn't at-all involved in the satanist side of SIEGE culture; the guy is a Christian Identitarian who has told stories on here before about how he's helped young folk on Discord get away from these groomer freaks.

i personally consider 764 to be tempel ov blood rejects on the basis they don't actually understand the sinister tradition they have no genuine belief like what TOBists have it's why they never produced any occult material (only argument i heard is the book secret lolita but the author to that is another group)
