Sure, I loved it when I got a Series X for Christmas and a few next-gen games in disc form to play on it. But it was even better when the disc drive inexplicably stopped working for no apparent reason after a whole 1 month of use, and now I can't play any of the new games I got for it. Just such a great and well-functioning console, thank you so much Phil Spencer. /s
