Conspiracy What's so bad about Freemasonry?

AFAIK, freemasonry is just a fraternity that is predominantly made up of chistians but have a different interpretation of God, however alot of people online seem to connect alot of the misdoings of history to freemasonry and secret masonic symbology. They also claim that freemasonry has jewish roots even though Hjalmar Schact, Hitler's Reichsminister of Economics, was a freemason and as was Henry Ford, a notorious antisemite.

So, what's the deal with 'em? Explain like I'm five.

Sometimes it feels like no one reads anything here.

I actually own a Freemason Bible, my dad does contract working on homes for a estate company and was i helping him do caulk, when one of the rooms i did sanding in had the left over Bible in the closet. It's effectively a red-letter KJV bible with added commentary about Masonic Orders, Ranks, Doctrines, History, Etc with a local members registry and various full color illustrations like "Christ among the Doctors" in between sections of scripture. According to Masonic doctrine the first "Master Mason" (The greatest rank in Blue Lodge Masonry) was Hiram King of Tyre who help King Solomon build the Temple. In that sense it's very similar to the Talmud or Kabbalahist texts, which both trace their lineage back to some supposed oral or "soul of" Torah given to Moses.

Was there anything suspect added in, like rituals or prophecies?
