No one wears those in first-world countries. Still a governement tracking device.
My grandpa gave me a watch from Movado. It's one of my most prized possessions. If you expose it to the sun, it automatically adjusts to the current time, and when I went to Italy I was amazed how it adjusted to current time mere minutes after I reactivated it. "Eco-Drive" it's called.
