Politics Trump - Zelensky Meeting at the White House

That is one thing I've always found quite strange with Zelensky. He always looks like he just got back from the gym whenever he makes public appearances. I've seen Western media articles on it before, about how it reflects some abstract notion to relate to his commoners that he's actively sending to die (you really related to their emotions well by throwing out their only realistic option for a decent peace plan last Friday, Dull-ensky!), but, to me, it seems simply disrespectful to waltz into the palace of one of the world's most powerful empires wearing a Henley and some cargo pants. At least other leaders have dressed in some sort of unique formality when on their state visits, rather than unique rags. The Saudis have worn their white thawbs, Mobutu had his leopard-skin hat, Gaddafi had his own lavish robes, and Zelensky has... his jogging clothes.

It's just an insult to everyone, honestly. Not only is he not honoring a dress code when visiting a respected institution of his most critical ally, this kind of dishonest rapport building with "his people" is just slimy and disgusting. Put on a suit, you aren't a soldier, you're a politician. Drop the act, it's shitty and no one's buying it. You have a suit. Everyone has a suit.
 
Unfortunately I think America's peace inclined attitude towards the Ukraine war has a more sinister purpose behind it. They wish to isolate Russia from China and Iran by giving them what they want. That's probably why they're so eager to ditch Ukraine now but still spend billions of dollars to aid muh israel.

most leftists are naive normgroids, but there are people both from left and right supporting both sides, chuds supporting ukraine because they dislike ruZZia's anti-western policy, and lefties supporting russia because he's anti-western and they hate anything western, same in the case of chuds supporting russia because they're just being selfish little contrarians
