Oskar Dirlewanger fled to Cuba and became a chief of staff under Castro, he was Called Oscar de la Ruíz Fonseca, famously known for his forced starvation and sterilizations of Haitians in Eastern Cuba, and the slaughtering and raping of Angolans during the Angolan campaign under his own brigade (The Fonseca Revolutonary People’s Brigade), he also fed his victims to sharks alive, in the strait of Florida, usually dissidents, Oscar de la Ruíz Fonseca was the most notable Nazi officer to be appointed to improve the Cuban military after the revolution. Oscar de la Ruíz Fonseca was also a prominent spy for the Cuban government later on in the 1980’s to prevent Cubans from leaving, and to kill any exiles in transit, we can see him in one of the many boatlifts in the 80’s here, none of the people around him survived and were all missing(likely eaten by sharks), the boar itself was shipwrecked on Key Largo with no visible people on the boat, it is unknown what happened to him after the 90’s, and recent files have only been discovered by an insider now on this….
