Feminism is essentially Marxism. The red pill in a sense represents marxism by being called the "red" pill in reference to the color of communist flags etc.
The red pill generally promotes young men to sleep around as much as possible if they are able to. If not they should focus on themselves and build wealth to eventually betabuxx a woman down the line. Either way you are contributing to what feminism aims for - for women to sleep around when young then settle down when older to have children as if the sleeping around never occurred, then maybe sleep around during their marriage. If you sleep with lots of women you are contributing to feminism's aims. If you work on yourself to get "traditional" woman down the line, you are essentially getting with her once she has slept around a lot.
I hate to bring race into this but both feminism and the red pill promote dating outside your race. Feminism wants women to be sexually liberated and sleep with black guys. The red pill on the other hand promotes men to go to SEA and sleep with Asian women. Both these ideologies promote sleeping with different races for personal gain. You also leave western women behind who likely don't want you anyway and benefit SEA women as they get to date up.
Communism often subjects you to hard labor. The red pill subjects you to the gym. At least in slavery you work and get food but the red pill encourages you to pay to work out instead. The gym is a whole other black pill in of itself so I won't go there but essentially you are trying to reach a physique that only a subset of the population can reach even on steroids. Its essentially a constant reminder that its your fault you're not trying hard enough to achieve some arbitrary goal. It puts the responsibility all on men that we are at fault just as feminism preaches.
