The Mongrel Mimicry (Wasmanian mimicry) - it can be observed in many species:
Wasmannian mimicry occurs when a mimic resembles its host to live within the same nest or structure. In the case of ants, the model is an inquiline in the ants' nest. Wasmannian mimics may mimic ants chemically with ant-like pheromones, visually (as in Batesian mimicry), or by imitating an ant's surface microstructure for tactile mimicry. Mimicked ants provide food, shelter, and protection to the mimics and cannot distinguish them from other colony members. Speed mimicry occurs when a sluggish, easy-to-catch prey species resembles fast-moving or hard-to-catch species that predators have given up trying to catch. The art of Wasmannian mimicry involves tracking the prey, lulling them to a placid state by enacting a false sense of solidarity, and finally springing the trap.
