I've been lurking NS threads on /wsg/ for a while now, but haven't seen one with little dark age in it aside from a touhou one in the animeborea thread.

After analyzing the video, I've concluded that said animation was likely made in Flipnote Studio 3D for Nintendo 3DS/2DS. Most of the video is black/white, except for red/green/yellow parts. I also believe they mixed red/green to make brown, and some of the patterns where that of which Flipnote Studio users will often use in order to add detail or manipulate colors. If that is the OP of the video, I'll ask him if he made it in Flipnote Studio 3D just to confirm.
