Breakfast: Cereal

Lunch: Ham sandwich

Dinner: Mom’s Spaghetti

Veggies + Fruit = 1 cup a day

Should I change anything.

If ure srs about losing weight just count calories and make sure you're below your minimum

No more autistic grapefruit salad mixes or diet coke cope just count calories
I don’t consoom past my daily limit but I’m still overweight. Everyday I walk in the woods for 30-60 minutes and I always thought it was good enough.
