This section will be where all soft-banned users get thrown into. For example: @zassusmgtow requested ban has been changed to a soft-ban, so now he can only post in the observatory. Posts from this sub-forum will not display under "new posts" and soft-banned users cannot interact with the rest of the forum's content, nor can they receive or send private messages. The reason for all this is because I want to reserve hard-bans for extreme cases only.
