I don't think that they are. People say that they are but never actually provide anything concrete to indicate it. I still think they've had some poor failures in the past regarding their leadership and structure, albeit, like Rousseau killing his friend in a car crash or the entire terrible planning of the Philadelphia protest that had them stranded and standing around in a ghetto for three hours after their march (after multiple colored people had already tried to assault them).

If they weren’t feds, why aren’t their names published everywhere? They once were handcuffed but had their masks kept on.

As in, whenever they were arrested in Coeur d'Alene? This is false, the names and faces of those guys are publicly available, as seen in their mugshots that have been plastered all over multiple news articles.

I don't know which march of their's this was, but police standing by while they get back in their U-Haul doesn't indicate them as federal agents to me. Normal police protocol for march protests like the ones these guys do is to supervise the march and guide it so it doesn't clash with other people, also scouting where their vehicles are headed so that they can properly protect people and break them up from fighting if the guys they're watching were to pack up and head to some place else to cause a ruckus. I don't know what the hell the guy you've linked is talking about in his post. "Facilitating criminal activity"? Is protesting and then driving away from the protest with the rest of your fellow protesters a crime, now? I believe that the person who posted what you've linked there suffers from retardation, but that is just my own opinion.

Okay, you have a point. I still think they are infiltrated by federal agents trying to push the narrative of Trump supporters being racist.

Patriot Front aren't even Nazis though, they're Fascists who split off from other Fascists because they disagreed with Nazism. I don't think they ever even use the Swastika.

Correct, they don't (albeit they don't publicly identify as "fascists" either, they always call themselves nationalists). They do, however, use the fasces itself, justifying it through its own historic usage by the American government. There was a video up on YouTube for a while of Rousseau himself being interviewed by some independent journalists at the 2024 March For Life where he explains their usage of the fasces, but I guess they took it down since then, so here's the same explanation from a PF video on Odysee that uses the same footage.

I know a decent bit about them, as I used to look at their Telegram pages and all of their other media outlets often because they're just an interesting bunch to research. They had a really rough start a few years ago, with incidents like Rousseau killing his friend in a car accident or the infamous Philadelphia march aftermath where they got stranded right next to a ghetto for hours because some "local" slashed the tires of their vehicles, but since then, they've done a lot of demonstrations and, interestingly enough, charity work, like food drives and storm recovery home reconstructions.
