Honkler does need assistance when applying for jobs as Honkler is not familiar with certain roles.
For example, Honkler showed me a role on Indeed during our appointment today in the co-op which were advertising for team leader role, but as Honkler has no work experience in retail, he would be unable to make that jump without having worked in a sales assistant role before.
Honkler has clarified again he does not want retail though.
Honkler's main job goal is now looking for warehousing role.
I discussed character.com with Honkler and have said they are not hiring right now.
I have told Honkler that due to the lack of experience, it would be good to look at manual handling course level 2 and this is needed for character.com as well.
