Geth every time. The Quarians screwed themselves. They created the Geth and treated them like shit, then freaked out when the Geth started asking basic philosophical questions. The Quarians escalated, and surprise, lost their homeworld.

Plus, Legion is one of the best-written characters in the series.

The Quarians. You’re not shown the full story of why The Geth were killed and ME3 has crap writing and tried too hard to make the player sympathetic to them.

I went with the Geth. It's the only good answer. The Geth can evolve and even strive for peace. While the Quarians just cling to a past that's long gone.

I got forced to choose one or the other (reddit karma should mean nothing in my space opera). After 15 minutes, the die was cast. The robot had to go. Sadly this means the Indian Gas Mask people survived, but I got laid and that's all that really matters you know
