I’m not a vegan by any means but I always wondered. Humans need to cover raw meat in tons of spices just so it can taste good. Not to mention wild animals can eat raw meat without getting sick while humans do?

That's only American sloppers who put shit in fridges for 2 years before eating. In Mexico everything is fresh as fuck.

i dont go to grocery stores. In mexico they have canerias and fruitarias an shit.. they sell very fresh food. Butchered the same day type fresh... they dont even fridge it. they just swat away the flies and throw the meat out in the sun and sell it. Never gotten sick.
