What, do you like roads with potholes, too? The smooth feeling ain't the only thing you're getting out of care for your skin. Just like a bumpy road can lead to flat tires and a bad feeling when driving, you'll be prone to more unhealth with a bacteria-filled, bumpy face, and better health makes you feel better in general. It'd be best you do care a little for your skin.
Using store bought products hardly helps your skin... plus you probably shower in city water. Your skin is literally an organ that absorbs that water.
I shave with aloe vera and wash in the ocean salt water. Rarely get a zit let alone lumps. Real men don't moisturize... they cut down trees.
