Gaming I always skip cutscenes and dialogue

Exactly why I quit the Witcher 3 two hours in. The game would never shut up and let me get back into the action. Then when I look up what normies say they tell you to suck it up because the dialogue is what matters the most. No, fuck you. Videogames are not “art” they are mindless entertainment.

This is why I really like games similar to Dishonored where the so called cutscenes feel more like they are part of the gameplay itself. Plus Dishonored lets you skip almost any cutscene as you see fit.

I feel like Dishonored is the only game I’ve seen you mention.
I mentioned liking Metro games before, plus Amnesia TDD. And my username is literally a reference to Elder Scrolls lore. Although I find myself replaying games far more often than I try anything new so maybe that's why I rarely talk about video games besides a few specific ones that I like.

You're only mad because modern storytelling sucks aids...
Play the original Dragon Age series or something like Earthbound, when stories were actually interesting and fun...
Now it's all slop from vaxed up libtard college kid devs...
TRVKE. Well written games will have me watch every second of the cutscene.

Try Stalker if you haven’t already.

Not at all. It gives me a reason to push forward. Might as well be playing Tetris if you hate stories in games.
My issue personally isn't with stories, in fact I really like some of the stories seen in games. It's more about how it's implemented. A game filled with too many and too long cutscenes can get boring quick since it forces you to watch certain things instead of moving at your own pace. Video games are called video games for a reason, if I wanted to spend all my time watching scenes I'd go and watch a movie instead. Ideally every cutscene should have a skip option, if the player likes the story then they will choose to watch them anyway.

Almost always, at least at the beginning.
If I'm playing a new game I want to play it, I want to familiarize myself with new mechanics and foreign concepts, not listen to exposition. I often find that I get more interested in the story after I've gotten a solid grasp on the game itself, and after the characters have become at least somewhat familiar (even if that familiarity is limited to the sound of their voice).
So I'd say too many games front load the narrative. Give me time to grasp the gameplay, only drop some dialogue and remarks to build intrigue/characterize relevant parties. Take it easy on the narrative and slowly introduce it, lest you overstay your very limited initial welcome.
