It’s been a corporate scam for a while now. They’ll have you jabbed, popping statins, and eating seed oils, telling you it’s health while your spine’s collapsing at 27 cause they don’t want you asking why the system’s keeping you sick.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all deal, and the system loves pretending it is cause it keeps you in their little consumer box, buying their processed slop. If you’re a jacked 6’4” dude who’s chopping wood all day, you might need 3000+ calories, construction workers or athletes can hit 4000 easy. If you’re a 5’6” couch potato who’s scrolling Instagram all day, you might only need 1800, maybe less. Age matters too, metabolism slows as you get older, so a 50-year-old guy needs less than a 20-year-old.

The real scam is how they push this calorie count while ignoring what you’re eating. They’ll tell you 2000 calories of McDonald’s and 2000 calories of meat and veggies are the same. Nah, bro, that’s a lie straight from the corporate playbook. Processed junk spikes your insulin, messes with your hunger hormones like ghrelin, and turns you into a sluggish mess, while real food keeps you sharp and full.

I say ditch the calorie counter, eat real food, move like a human, and tell your body to screw their guidelines.
