It's pretty common from my experience to run into a blackpilled guy on the net that had a bad father growing up and is now a hardcore Hitler worshiper. If they are ethnic they often times end up hating their own race and hoping it gets obliterated in the Fouth Reich (I know 5 deathnics who are like this). On the flipside soys who have no father figure seem to worship Stalin and Jews and want to kill whites so I'm not sure what the psychological reason is for this phenomena.

Göring pretty much ran peacetime Nazi Germany on a day-to-day basis anyway; he was Premier of Prussia, he was in charge of the planned economy (Four-Year Plan), and he was the ranking officer of the German armed forces. He had his own espionage team that had dirt on the other Nazi leaders. He was so powerful that he even used to boast “I decide who is a Jew!” when someone asked him about his leniency to some people under the Nazi racial laws. He had a posh mansion to live in, he was probably the richest man in Germany thanks to his graft, and he was Reich Master of the Hunt, among other grandiose titles.

If this is true I'm pretty shocked Hitler would make such a retarded decision to keep this goy by his side.

Getting into politics as a young adult/teen always seemed useless to me and kinda cringe too

Hitler worshipers fall into two categories from what I've seen:

-genetic dead end white that can't breed and lives by "because the beauty of the aryan woman must not perish" or some other dumb ideology
-self hating shitskin ethnic that's also a massive bootlicker because a white kid gave him a chocolate in kindergarten (he also thinks by obliterating his shitskin race the suffering in the world will disappear)

I don't doubt I'd be a nazi worshiper had things taken a different turn but not having a father figure at all (my 1st memory of him was when I was 14 or 15 I believe) probably spared me the cringe politics phase

It comes down to the belief that you don't profit under the current system so you want to change the rules so you have succeed in some way. Thats the root on most ideologies. If you are socially excluded then you will generally believe that the current system is terrible and want to change it to another idealized system. Of course its not logical because communism sucks and many of the Hitler supporters would be killed/imprisoned if they lived in that society.
