I never understood why people spend so much time watching sports, practicing it is one thing but to sit down and just spend hours on end watching someone else do it just sounds counterintuitive if not retarded. Why get so invested over the success of a team that has zero personal connection to you? I had a friend that is into Formula 1 and he told me he watched a 24-hour long race, when I asked him if he watched the whole thing he awnsered "No just 10 hours" geg.
Maybe I just don't get it and there is something deeper, but to think that someone dedicates this much time just watching a game seems so cucked. Sometimes I feel like I wasted my time when I watch a 2 hour movie, but at least a movie has a narrative or a message, imagine spending 10 fucking hours just looking at cars, I can't help but laugh.
I don't even want to get started with the World Cup... An entire month watching this shit.

Sports just makes me angry, seeing all those men who wasted their lives sitting in the stands, the whole lot of them overfed, ignorant and dysgenic. Or how passionate I see men get over sports, It's almost as if that's exactly what its for, to get you to divert your energy towards instead of something important, because if your watching the big game you aren't actually doing anything fucking productive. Also they pay their niggers way too much. Also also niggers, spics and other low functioning races love spectator sports, all the more indication of how childlike you have to be to enjoy that. There would've been a white uprising a while ago if It wasn't for the NFL to castrate majority of the male public with their shitty ball game.

So sports, which encourages dedication and pushing yourself to your utmost limit, wherein men go outside, physically better themselves, forge close friendships with other men, get lucrative careers through dedication to their craft and the refining of their skills, and make themselves more desirable to women, all in an extremely meritocratic system(probably the most meritocratic existing system in modern America) where only the best are chosen for the top teams, is bad. But videogames, where you literally just look at a screen and press buttons with no physical activity are completely fine and beget no criticism?
Yeah, obviously some sports fans get overly invested into specific teams or players, just like how there are gamers who emotionally attach themselves to franchises/developers. I feel like most of the people on this site are just attempting to intellectualize the fact they personally enjoy video games but not sports. The people on this site always claim sports are bread and circuses, even though this claim can just as easily be applied for video games. That or it's full retard and people say it's because there's too many minorities. Genuinely disliking something just because there's "not enough white people" is so shallow, it's just as stupid and shallow as disliking something because there's "too many white people" in it. Am I missing something about why the people here don't like sports?

My opinion is that both sports and videogames are fine in moderation, as long as you don't spend too much time or get emotionally attached to anything involving them. I don't watch sports, but I played them quite a bit as a kid, and they were great character-building exercises and social experiences for me.

I think the post above you explains very well why. I know an example of it, this guy in my family is a very intelligent guy, much more than myself, but he wastes most of his time watching niggerball or playing videogames. This sound like a description of your average nigger, but he's an autistic dude in his mid 20s with a gifted intellect, and he decided to throw his potential away because he didn't have money for college (where I am it's very cheap but he and his parents are NEETs and no one there wants to get a job), so he copes with brain-numbing activities. Most of the people who follow sports eventually get emotional about it, the big appeal of it all is that you get the feeling of belonging to a tribe. I follow a sport myself but it's an individual one with mostly whites and not many events and I never get emotional about it, watching no sports would be ideal but it's still nowhere near as pathetic as getting angry because The Eagles, The Bears or whatever lazy name of a team full of shitskins lost a game, or fighting with somebody because he insulted your favorite nigger while that same nigger is in his jacuzzi fucking the white girl that could be your sister, daughter, or in an alternative reality your partner.

Honestly you make a good point, sports are key for early socialization and such, but the aspect of high meritocracy is the reason why most chuds hate them, as you can probably deduce from their common characteristics that they weren't the most agile and attent at PE, I'm not saying this in a bad way because I also sucked ass at it, that coupled with the opposite phenomenon with browns and chads that like sports (especially football) because their low inhib genes allow them to play it properly makes for a predetermined hate against them

There is nothing inherently wrong with sports. It's the parasocial relationship between fans and players that personally upsets me. People who play videogames are mostly keeping to themselves. Sports fans on the other hand, will physically assault others because they insulted their favorite team. It gives men a place to dump all their aggression, loyalty, and tribal instinct without ever turning that passion toward real purpose.

It doesn’t help that all the rage clips are boomers, and I’m implicitly biased against them.
