Add username rankings based on react scores

For example, every 200 points grants you a new username color you can choose from. It would make the forum more fun to post in.

You could have just made user groups and wrote basic custom css like I did o algo

I was doing a lot of this for fun while I was on exile and I was working on various projects

Username color doesn't show up in some places. Is it intentional?

Some browsers don’t seem to display the user style change properly. I’ll look into it further.
